How to reach us

The quickest way to start is a direct message. You can call us on +90 552 935 2370 or write to info@visitandmedcare.com. Writing is often easier for a first contact, because you can describe your situation in your own words and attach any documents you already have.

Our team is multilingual and this website is published in twelve languages — English, Bulgarian, German, Spanish, French, Croatian, Hungarian, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese and Romanian. Please tell us which language you would prefer to use.

What happens after you get in touch

1. Your first message. You tell us what you are considering and, if you wish, share photographs or medical reports describing your current situation.
2. Matching and assessment. We pass your enquiry to a doctor or medical centre in our partner network whose field covers your request. Anything discussed at this stage is preliminary.
3. Planning in İstanbul. If you decide to come, we organise the consultation appointment, accommodation (standard, private or VIP), transfers and interpreting support around your dates.
4. After your procedure. We stay in contact with you and with the treating team for aftercare instructions and any follow-up questions.

What to include in your first message

• The treatment or field you are interested in — for example plastic surgery, obesity surgery, eye treatments, dental treatment, dermatology or hair transplantation.
• A short summary of your medical history and any medication you currently take.
• The date range you would prefer for travelling.
• The language you would like to be supported in.
• The country you would be travelling from.

The more complete this first message is, the sooner it can reach the right doctor.

Visiting the office

Our office is in the Terrace Fulya Center, in the Teşvikiye and Fulya area of Şişli, on the European side of İstanbul. Visits are by appointment, so please call or write before coming — that way we can agree a time with you and, where possible, plan for a colleague who speaks your language to accompany you.
